Day four should not be a complicated thing. You have made it through the initial hump, and will definitely enjoy greatness moving forward. This cycle will give you a bit of spice and savory elements, and boost your antioxidant profile. Packed full of protein, this is going to be a great part of your cycle. These options will keep you full through your day, and will help get your health in proper order.

Breakfast – Protein Scramble

One of the best options that you are going to want to pursue is that of a scramble. You can mix all sorts of things up with eggs. However, this is a protein packed solution that is going to really stand out amidst your other days. Mix egg whites with bacon, tomatoes, spinach, and garlic and mix it all up. If you want to mix it up, get some mushrooms and bell peppers into the mix. This will boost your protein profile up front and the bacon will give you a nice indulgence that is definitely worthwhile.

Lunch – Spicy Grilled Chicken and Peppers

Here is where you can either go with a Tex-Mex style bowl. You’re going to want to get some chicken breast and add some nice spices to it. Look for taco seasoning, or seasoning salt, or perhaps a nice marinade. Grill your chicken without skin, and you’ll have a good option to layer a bowl. To fully put together this option, add some black beans, bell peppers, tomatoes, and then top with your chicken. You should have a layered bowl that has a nice Tex-Mex kick to it. Add some cilantro and top with salsa and you’ll have a good spicy grilled chicken bowl. If you want some extra kick, add a roasted jalapeno or green pepper and you will definitely get a good boost.

Snack – Apples

This may seem rudimentary, but hey, sometimes you have to give yourself a break from the action. Eat a couple of small apples, and that’s it. Don’t like apples? Go with a pear, or another couple of small fruits. No need to complicate this one.

Dinner – Beef and Broccoli

One of the easiest dishes that you are going to want to try is this option. You will need strip steak, carrots, broccoli, and perhaps a teriyaki sauce or a gluten free soy sauce. You can add some mushrooms if you’d like, or other green vegetables, but mix this all up and you will have a nice Chinese style delight without the added fat or oils. For a side, utilize what some call cauliflower rice. This is a mash up of sorts, as you will take cauliflower, onions, garlic, and dice it into a “rice” consistency. This may take a little trial and error, but it’s definitely an easy one to put together with beef and broccoli.

At the end of this day, you should be feeling incredible. Take these dishes on amidst your week and you’ll definitely feel the difference in your body. You should feel lighter, and have a boost of energy.
